For the past 25 years, we've grown the A#1 Air family through our customers, our people and our relationships with the top industry providers. While we have the most amazing customers, I wanted to take a little time to talk about our people. Without the right people, we couldn't stand behind our simple promise, "Guaranteed Right, Day or Night!" Chuck Morales, Director of Education, is in his 5th year with us and his contribution to the A#1 Air family is truly something worth celebrating.
Our relationship with Chuck has deep roots, as he is highly respected in the broader HVAC industry. Chuck began his career in HVAC in 1972. Luckily, along the way, Chuck discovered his passion for teaching. His passion quickly caught our eye and we knew we wanted him to be part of our training program. "James knows that education is a very valuable tool for this company. When I started, he wanted me to build a full fledged HVAC training facility and that's what we did!" says Chuck. Our program now runs 5 days a week, 8-10 hours a day, depending on the needs. Chuck provides training for our HVAC technicians, install crews, customer service, dispatch, call center and beyond to each and every department in the A#1 Air family.
"If you give me someone with a great attitude and the ability to learn, I'm going to give them the tools to be successful." says Chuck. As our company continues to grow to meet the expanding needs of our customers, you can bet that any of our new hires will be welcomed by Chuck.
